This website is operated by BAGS TO GO ENTERPRISES ORLANDO, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States, trading under the brand name Cabinway. Its registered address is 200 Terminal Dr, Box 7, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315, USA.

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not order. These terms should be read together with our privacy policy, refund policy, shipping policy and sizing notice, each of which forms part of the agreement between us.

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You confirm this at checkout.

• Under 13 — must not use this site, submit any form or place any order.
• 13 to 17 — may browse the site, but any order must be placed by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on the minor’s behalf and is responsible for payment.

There is no user account on this site. Nothing here requires you to register, and we do not issue passwords or logins.

We sell soft cabin bags and packing pieces. We do not sell checked luggage, hard-shell cases, wheeled cabin cases, luggage protection covers, leather goods, or anything containing a battery, a power output or a tracking device.

All dimensions published on this site are measurements taken by us, using the method set out on the how we measure page. They are not, and must not be read as, a statement that any carrier will accept any item as cabin baggage or as a personal item. We make no compatibility claim of any kind, we hold no carrier data, and the Size Ledger performs arithmetic on numbers you supply and nothing more. Please read the sizing notice before ordering.

Product photographs are illustrative. Colour reproduction varies between screens. Materials, capacities and weights are stated to the tolerances given on the product page.

1. Adding items to your bag and submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy them at the prices shown. It does not create a contract.
2. We then send a payment link for the total. Paying that link is confirmation of your offer.
3. The contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Until then, no contract exists.

We may decline an order, in whole or in part, before dispatch — for example if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was materially wrong, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full within five business days.

You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before dispatch. See the refund and cancellation policy.

All prices and transactions are in US Dollars (USD). There is no currency selector on this site and we do not quote or accept any other currency. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add a fee; that is between you and your bank.

Prices shown on product pages exclude sales tax. Any sales tax due is calculated and shown on the payment page before you pay. For deliveries outside the United States, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price — see the shipping policy.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown on the site when you submit the checkout form.

Free shipping threshold

Standard shipping within the United States is free on orders whose item subtotal, after any discount and before tax, is USD 69 or more. The threshold applies to the goods total only and excludes tax and any expedited shipping charge. If a returned item takes an order below the threshold, the shipping cost that would have applied is deducted from the refund.

Discount codes

• One code per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other.
• Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for credit and cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed.
• A first-order code is valid for a single order per customer and per delivery address.
• We may withdraw a code at any time. Any expiry date or minimum spend is stated with the code itself.
• Sets are already discounted and cannot be reduced further with a code.

Reference and struck-through prices

Where a former price is shown struck through, it is the lowest price at which we actually sold that item on this site during the 30 days before the reduction began. We do not display invented reference prices, recommended retail prices or the price of a comparable item from another seller.

Where a set is shown alongside the total of its parts, that total is the current list price of the same pieces on this site today. It is not a former price of the set.

You agree not to:

• use automated tools to access the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or connected systems;
• introduce malicious code, or use the site to transmit unsolicited commercial messages;
• reproduce, republish or redistribute our text, photography, measurement records or diagrams for commercial purposes without written permission.

All content on this site, including the measurement records, product photography and diagrams, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright. The Cabinway name and mark are ours. Nothing on this site grants any licence to use any third party’s trade mark.

We warrant that the goods will correspond with their description on this site and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from delivery. This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, damage caused by carrying more than the stated load rating, damage caused by handling in transit by a third party, or deliberate damage.

Except as expressly stated, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, conditions and terms — whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise — are excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any cost, charge, fee or loss arising from a decision by any carrier or airport operator about your baggage, including any charge for checking a bag at a gate or desk.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of any order are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom retain any right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence, and retain the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies there.

Before starting any proceedings, please contact us at support@bagsluggagemore.shop. Almost everything is resolved that way, and we would rather resolve it than argue about it.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. A delay in enforcing any right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours on notice to you if our business is transferred.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this site at the moment you submitted the checkout form. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
