It holds no list of carriers and no list of allowances, so there is nothing here that can quietly go out of date. What it will never do is tell you that a bag will be accepted — that is not a number, and it is not ours to say.

Nothing is compared until you type a limit. We do not guess, and we do not store a list of anyone else’s rules.
01What it does
The arithmetic, spelled out
There is no model, no scoring and no machine learning here. It is subtraction, and you can do it yourself on paper if you would rather.
- 01Both sets of three numbers are sorted from longest to shortest, because a bag can be turned and a fixed opening does not care which edge you call the length.
- 02Each of our edges is subtracted from the matching edge you entered. A positive number is room to spare; a negative number is an overhang.
- 03The smallest of the three differences decides the state: below zero is Over, 2 cm or less is Close, anything more is Under.
- 04If the result is Close or Over, we point you at smaller pieces in the same catalogue whose figures do clear the number you gave us.
Which of our numbers it uses
Whatever sticks out is inside the figure. Handles, feet, buckles and hardware are all measured within the bounding outline, so nothing gets added back on at the gate.
